All cast parts as per drawing or as per samples.
These parts offer excellent working performances not just in abrasion but in impact resistant too.
Pumps parts
Screening pannels or modules.
Mill linings and lifting bars.
Flotation cells wear Parts.
Hydrocyclones and spares.
Wear resistance
Polyurethane performs 5 to 6 times better than so-called "wear resistant" rubber.
Resistance to impacts
Absorbs the shock perfectly whilst still resisting the abrasion, this justified its use for the production of screen decks and linings.
Resistance to crushing
Results are much higher compared to classic elastomers with similar hardness; the compression-springs admit loads 3 to 4 times higher.
Sliding coefficient
The best results with polyurethane are obtained with a 90 Shore A hardness, making it the perfect choice for chute linings, snow-plough plates and belt cleaners for conveyors.
Resistance to temperature
The polyurethanes conserve their properties between -5 and +80°C. Please contact us for applications out of limits.
Chimical resistance
Our polyurethane is resistant to chemical attack, especially against greases, oils, hydrocarbons, solvents, etc.
Noise reduction
A significant reduction in noise results from the use of polyurethane wearparts.
It is comparable to rubber. The polyurethanes can be cold bonded following the same method of operation as for the rubbers. We can also supply the necessary adhesives for their applications.
